Your Will

When consulting our family law department about your ANC please discuss the issue of a joint will, alternatively, a will should be drawn up for each of you. If you have an existing will, this would be a good time to amend or rethink it. It should be drafted in conjunction with your ANC to ensure that your spouse and children are properly protected and provided for at the time of your death.
